Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 August 2026
1. About these terms
ValoBoard (valoboard.app) is operated by Lewis James Ziemer, an individual based in the United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You can contact us at valoboardsupport@valoboard.app.
2. Not affiliated with Riot Games
ValoBoard was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project.
VALORANT and all related logos are trademarks, service marks and/or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. We are an independent, community-run project and have no official relationship with Riot Games.
3. The data shown is currently simulated
This is important. ValoBoard is in development. All players, teams, rankings, statistics and match results currently shown on the site are computer-generated simulations. They are not real players and do not reflect anyone's actual VALORANT performance.
Any resemblance between a simulated name and a real player is coincidental. Nothing on the site should be relied upon as factual until we announce that real match data is in use.
4. Using the site
ValoBoard is currently free to use and does not require an account. You may browse it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- scrape or bulk-download content through automated means
- use the site to harass, abuse or impersonate anyone
- submit content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading
- use the site in a way that breaches Riot Games' own terms of service
5. Features still in development
Several areas are marked "under construction" and are not open yet. Team Hub, Tournaments, Recruitment and Scrims are built but held back until they work end to end — none of them saves anything today, so a registration, listing or scrim post would last only until you reloaded the page. Insights, Analysis and Replays do not exist yet and are marked "coming soon".
Accounts, Riot Sign-On, premium subscriptions and paid tournament entry are not currently offered. When they launch, these terms will be updated to cover them and you will be asked to review the changes.
6. Feedback you send us
If you submit feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the site. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in your message. Feedback is not accepted from anyone under 13. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and for how long.
7. Intellectual property
The ValoBoard name, design, and original content (including our ranking methodology) belong to the site operator. Game assets, agent artwork, rank icons and related material remain the property of Riot Games, Inc. and are used in line with their community policies.
8. Availability and accuracy
ValoBoard is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, or that the information shown is accurate or complete — particularly while the site runs on simulated data.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the site develops. The "last updated" date above will change. Significant changes — such as the introduction of accounts or payments — will be announced on the site.
11. International use
ValoBoard is operated from the United Kingdom and is available worldwide. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local laws.
Some features may not be available in every country, particularly once tournaments and payments launch, as these are subject to local rules on competitions, prizes and age restrictions.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
