What is valoboard?
A fun new way to compete against other players/teams by using a refined rating system, in combination with accounting for other stats, which give an overall power ranking which in turn highlights the entire performance of a player/team throughout the act.
How are the player leaderboard rankings calculated?
The player leaderboard rankings take into account more than just a players rating, it is designed to be a complete reflection of the players entire act; utilising current rank, peak rank, matches played, winrate, consistency, and rating.
How are the team leaderboard rankings calculated?
Takes into account Division, Score, W-L, RD.
What do player achievements display?
- Trophies for winning premier divisions.
- Premier MVP's (an accolade showcasing the most valuable player from that divisions act, must be finalists to be eligable to receive this award).
- Premier EVP's (An accolade showcasing exceptionally vauable players, must qualify for playoffs to be eligable to receive this award).
- Trait badges:
- Gold (Top 1% in that respective trait)
- Silver (Top 5% in that respective trait)
- Bronze (Top 15% in that respective trait)
What is each trait?
- CloserWin percentage in 1Vx scenarios and the ability to secure the final kill of a round.
- EntryPlayers which excel in making an impact by taking the first engagement of the round.
- OpenerPlayers which excell in getting the first blood of the round without being punished.
- SupportPlayers which excell in enabling their teammates plays by using efficient utility.
- SniperPlayers which excel in getting impactful kills with snipers.
- TraderPlayers which excel in quickly avenging a teammate which has died.
- StarPlayers which excel in consistently making an impact on a per round basis. Including but not limited to: multikills, round swing, KPR, opening success, positional diversity.
- AnchorPlayers which excel in securing specific positions of a map.
How are trait badges awarded?
Trait badges are awarded based on the top percentage of that respective trait within the average rank you played against. This ensures you are compared fairly to your direct peers rather than the entire global player base.
